1-on-1 Coaching 

Work directly with a Birddog Performance Nutrition Coach, who will get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle, giving you the most accountability and support to help you reach your health, performance and/or body composition goals.

Premium Nutrition Coaching

  • A dedicated coach to follow weekly progress and provide feedback about what and when you’re eating

  • 1 official check-in per week with your coach

  • Accesses to coach anytime Monday-Friday and limited times on weekends through our app and email.
